We would like to inform you that our hotel is located in Sofokleous square, at the heart of the picturesque Medieval city. However, you should know that vehicles are not allowed to enter the walls unless they have the residents’ sign.

Please note that taxi drivers are not allowed in the Medieval city, they will drop you outside one of the gates. If so, you will need to ask to be dropped at St. John’s gate (in Greek “Kokkini Porta”) which is one of the various entrances/exits of the Medieval city and the most convenient to get to the hotel by foot. Cost from the airport to the Medieval city gate with a regular taxi will be approximately 28.00 Euro.

Since the streets in the Medieval City are cobbled and extremely unfriendly to wheeled luggage, you can call us (0030 22410 77277) 20 minutes before arriving to Akadia gate, in order to have someone meet and drive you to the hotel in our car. Our car can drive only from our hotel to Akadia gate. This service will be free of charge.

Your option for an easy and healthy transport from Rhodes airport to the hotel is a private transfer. Our driver will have a sign with your name on at the airport terminal, pick you up and drive you to Akadia gate (one of various gates of the Medieval City) where we will meet you and continue the transfer with the hotel’s car which is permitted to drive only within the Medieval’s City walls. The cost of the transfer will be 45,00 Euro and, should you take that option, you will find out yourselves it is well worth it since you will avoid all public transportation.
